The DNC just tried to stop the appointment of Kavenaugh with 40 year old accusations (that pale in comparison to Bill's) and thus missed the opportunity to question him about the 4th amendment, search and seizure, indefinite detention, NSA spyware, lobbyist reform, obligations of government to the Federal Reserve...we have no idea where he stands on reparations to natives because team democrat was talking about boobs in the 80s.

Until that party figures out to speak to modern issues, they deserve to be annihilated in the midterms. So to prove that I'm no republican, I'm going to try and help the sisters with functional redirection. Or, here is what I think y'all need to talk about if you ever want to win again:

  1. Where does the jurisdiction of the Federal Government end?
  2. Which elements currently under federal jurisdiction could be better managed on a civil level? What can be decentralized and how?
  3. While its adorable that Saudi Arabia does internal investigations, how can we review similar government oversight and give teeth to the decisions? Can we ever put a measure on a federal ballot? How does government become accountable to this great democratic civilian majority?
  4. If China has been spying on .gov, what steps will be taken to rectify, and what can we do to prevent it future? Should gov manage the means of production for all internal computer boards? If not that, when should government manage the means of production?
  5. Where could blockchain improve government and what steps should be taken to implement that?
  6. What are the total corporate taxes paid by oil companies pumping crude from the gulf, and how does it compare to places like Singapore or Syria circa 2011? Should that go up or down? If up, who spends the largess? State or Fed?
  7. How is "democratic socialism" different than the soviet experience under Brezhnev? Is there anything from the soviet side of the cold war that is unacceptable to social democrats and if so, what?
  8. Under this "democratic socialism" what are my individual rights and obligations? While I'm not sure how adding a word in front changes socialism's inherent extortion, its probably still worthy of describing the system from an individual's perspective (regardless of income bracket.)
  9. If the "means of production" are to be controlled by the gov, which are for municipal government, which belong at the state level, and what for the feds?
  10. Does anything happen outside the corporation of USG? Is there anything that belongs to real people?

Some of these could have been questions for Kavenaugh. Sadly the current team managers let the waterboy throw creampuffs over the plate. Until that garbage stops, there is only one party in government and its high time team dem finally figures it out. All the yelling in the world isn't going to change any of it.
