The left has already admitted they plan to use a slippery slope where people have their legal protections taken away illegaly, then they use that illegal action as a precedent in the future. Anything is on the table after they have grabbed assault weapons or bump stocks or whatever. Machine guns was too far, those should be legal, its the law, feelings dont matter.
