Insect Dance

This image is based on an earlier pen and ink drawing I did titled Insectious. I then created a 12x12” acrylic painting, cropping into the original to paint more or less the left half of the image. Creating paintings allows me to play with textured backgrounds, color selections and additional "transparent" shapes and detailing.
