Not all people reach 90 years of age to be able to make these reflections. Let's take advantage of the gift that Mrs. Bett gives us with her reflections.

(To celebrate the arrival to my advanced age I wrote some lessons that life has taught me).

• Life is not fair, but so and everything is good.

• Life is too short to waste time regretting

• Your job do not take care of you when you will be ill. Your friends and family Yes. Do not lose the contact.

• You do not have to win every argument. You have to agree with not agreeing.

• Cry with someone. Help more than cry alone.

• When it comes to chocolate, resistance is futile.

• Make peace with your past so you do not ruin the present.

• Do not compare your life with others. You have no idea what your journey is like.

• Breathe deeply. That calms the mind.

• Eliminate everything that is not useful, beautiful or cheerful.

• It's never too late to have a happy childhood. But the second time depends only on you.

• When it comes to pursuing what you want out of life, do not accept a "NO" for an answer.

• Turn on the lights, use the nice sheets, put on the expensive dresses. Do not keep them for a special occasion. Today is that special day.

• Be eccentric now. Do not wait to be old.

• The most important sexual organ is the brain.

• Nobody is responsible for your happiness, just you.

• Frame all supposed "disaster" with these words "Within five years, that will matter".

• Forgive everyone.

• That does not affect what others think of you, Do not worry about that.

*Time heals all.

• However good or bad a situation may be ... someday it will change !!!!!

• Do not take anything too seriously.

• Do not question life. Just live it up and seize it to the fullest today.

• Reaching the old is better than the alternative ... "die young".

• All that really matters in the end is that you loved.

• Go out every day. Miracles are expected everywhere.

• If we put our problems together and see the others, we would want ours.

• The send is a waste of time, you already have everything you need.

• The best is yet to come .... have faith and go ahead.

• No matter how you feel .... Arrange and introduce yourself ...
