Ask (A principle of Growth) Part 2

As continuation to to the part 1 of this work, below i discussed two important components to utilize ASKING as a tool for growth.
The first point we are going to consider is Numbers. This is an important point for everybody to note when asking. It was never stated anywhere how many times or how many people you should or you can ask before you get an answer, therefore, there is no need to stop asking until you get what you are asking for. The number of times you ask will not matter at the end of the day when you get what you want. Number should boost your chances of getting an answer and not serve as deterrence to you when you’re practicing the art of asking as a principle of growth. When you are practicing the art of asking as a principle of growth you must let your quality be in quantities. This means you must ask as many people you know or believe have the ability to give you what you are asking. The number doesn’t boost your chances if you’re asking the people you should not ask as that would be quantities without quality. Who to ask, why and what to look for was briefly addressed in the introductory part of this work. We must learn to use number to our advantage when we are practicing the art of asking as a principle of growth and must not allow it to serve as discouragement to us. Your ability to keep asking is very important if you want to get good results.

Do not get stuck. This is the second point for everybody to note when asking, and it is important this serve as the next point discussed after Numbers because it further underline the importance of having quality in good numbers when you are practicing the art of asking as a principle of growth. We have underline the fact that there is no commandment as to how many times or people you can ask when you are asking, and now you must also understand that it is not necessary you get an answer or wait forever for one when you’re asking. Keeping it moving don’t get stuck. People get stuck because they put their hope in the people they are asking from. This is a quick way to get yourself depressed, your hope should be in the fact that you’ve ask, the fact that you’re asking and this is why is it important for you to use Numbers. People are going to disappoint you, but the fact that you keep asking underline your faith in the process and your commitment to get an answer through the process of asking and not from a particular person, if you know this, you will not get stuck weighing all your hopes on somebody and you will eventually get the answers you need in other to grow. Trust the process, use the numbers and always keep it moving till you get something positive out of the process of asking as a principle of growth. It is important not to be shy to admit that you’re asking from the wrong source/person, when you discover you’re asking from the wrong person/source, admit it and move on. As much as growth need asking, growth also requires moving forward.
