Yes!!! This is what life is about. I'm a firm believer in living with your eyes wide open, enjoy every minute, get off the hamster wheel and take the time to really live with all five of your senses!! Today I watched my new Hibiscus flower bloom, a bird build a nest on the light post of our balcony, and a new egg enter another nest outside my window. Life is beautiful and so terribly short. I never want to be that person on my death bed who says, "I wish I would have..."

Culturally, we tend to wear our "over working" as a badge of honor, something to be proud of, when in reality, we are doing ourselves a terrible disservice. No one, when they are reflecting on their life, ever says, "I wish I would have worked more".
