Power in Weakness – God’s Word Today & Thought to Ponder

 God’s Word Today:

2 Corinthians 12:9 NCV

But he said to me, “My grace is enough for you. When you are weak, my power is made perfect in you.” So I am very happy to brag about my weaknesses. Then Christ’s power can live in me.

 Thoughts to Ponder:

Our text reminds us that we can’t overcome in this life by our own power.

We have to recognize that we are not capable on our own.

We need Jesus close-by to be conquerors in this life.

It’s then only then, we can shine our light for others.

A song that closely tells us this truth is a great prayer as well.

Just A Closer Walk with Thee

I am weak but Thou art strong;
Jesus, keep me from all wrong;
I’ll be satisfied as long
As I walk, let me walk close to Thee.
