I too wonder how real these numbers can be, over a billion dolllars a day spent shopping seems high to me. It seems as if a lot of people are missing out on real life.
Not when there are 7+ billion people on the planet and just under half the population has access to internet. A billion dollars spent a day is a pretty easy target with these kind of numbers.
