Introducing My Simple Self

Hello Everyone!

I am going to introduce to every each of you my self.

This is actually the first blog post which is my introductory post, I have never made a blog post in my life but since my best friend @goiinmary invited me to join this platform and I saw her busy doing her blog so I was curious and I decided to join. Thanks to @goiinmary for introducing this to me.

My name is Nikka D. Domingo and I'am 20 years of age and I'am from the City of Majestic Waterfalls and the main source of hydroelectric power in the whole Mindanao Region, no other than Iligan City. I study BS Psychology at Saint Michael's College. I have 4 siblings, 2 brothers and 2 sisters, we're not living together but still we have a good communication to each other.

When I was in High School I joined Taekwondo training but my career is not successful like I imagined because I lacked of family support especially in financial, but aside from that my parents didn't allow me to join because we can't afford to buy a taekwondo uniform, fare for going back and forth to the studio and etc.. That dream cause us a big arguement so I decided to stop and to obey them, my goal as a kid was someday I have my own room, to have my dream car and also I wanted to be able to take care of my parents since they are not getting younger anymore.

This is my Parents. My father Noel and mother Lizaflor Domingo. I'm very proud of my parents because my mom is very compassionate, intelligent, adored and archaic that's why I really love her. My father is forceful, basic, adored, hilarious cutthroat that's why I really really love him. One of the greatest titles in the world is parent, and one of the biggest blessings in the world is to have parents to call mom and dad, my parents are always made countless sacrifices as they cared for and nurtured us through our infancy and childhood, provided us with the necessities of life, and nursed us through physical illnesses and the emotional stresses of growing up. My parents couldn't give me a financial support but they support my achievement in life, caring me and love me unconditionally. To my beloved family you are my precious blessing, I treasure you in my whole life.

This is my 2 sisters the youngest and the elder sister. Noeliza and Nashleigh my supportive and loving sister. A best friend for life, player of dress and keeper of secrets, they are always here for me in my bad or good times.
My precious in life, no words can explain how much I love them. This is the person who has known my entire life, who should love me and stand by me no matter what, and yet it's your sister who knows exactly who you are and where to drive the knife to hurt you the most.

This is Joshua Cristopher my youngest brother. My supporter and protector, our soon to be a soldier. The person who always there for me when I need him, a person who stick up for me when no one does.
Every day we lived together with great a difficulty and comforted to each other, I feel like I'm really blessed and lucky that I have a my younger brother

This is Jhonnel my older brother, my first male friend in my life. We argue sometimes but whatever arguments we had we are still siblings and we love each other. He is my most beloved friend and my bitteresr rival. He sustained me a lot of things, a year passed we encountered a lots of bad and happy memories but he still on my side to protect and cared me. They acted like he didn't care but I always knew they looked out for me and always there for me.

My High School life is full of happy and sad memories this picture is My High School Choir Competition, we worked so hard for this competition and we win some best award. The boy's acted as a devil and the girls acted as an angel. Well I'm sorry everyone I forgot the title of it.
We are all very proud of it, all my classmate are getting close to each other, given a lots of bond and happy memories. we laugh because of our costumes and characters.

On the day of our Town Fiesta we have a traditional Festival dance contest and it called "Sinulog Festival". One of my hobby is dancing so I joined it excitedly without doubt . Every night we need to practice and practice cause they give us only 1 week and 4 days practice. But that time it too difficult for me cause I need to take care of my grandfather, feed him to the hospital, doing my project, homework and inject him. But despite of hard work we win the contest and we're best in costume, best in talent, best in Sto. Niño costume and all my co Barangay call us Hakot award. We're very much happy and proud of it then I realize time is not a barrier of your interest and dream you can achieve that with an effort and time management.

I also Joined a School Dance Competition it is a very nice experience to me. I met a new friends, a new kind of funny friends, some of my friends were shocked about it knowing that I know how to dance because they don't know that I can dance too, but instead of making fun at me they supported me very much and I didn't expect that they will be coming and they brought a materials like a banner and balloons, everything they do is worth it cause we won the competition and also I'm very proud to say this we got a lot of awards or in our dialect is "hakot award. I experienced the fun of being in the competition and driving towards a common goal without pushing to bond in some major way with each individual on a project. But then again I realize it is not about the competition it's all about the new adventure and memory that planned in your life.

Recently I joined a pageant in our Barangay and I am one of the representative in our Purok. It's my first time to joined a pageant and it's because of my neighbors, colleagues and friend who pushed and cheered on me to join. I don't have any choice so I said yes. That night is the most embarrassing moment because I was outbalanced for how many times, fell of the stage, misstep on my gown and fell on the stair. I feel nervous, shame, and mixed emotions at that time but I need to be confident and go with the flow. That pageant was not totally prepared by the organizers but despite of the unfortunate happened on me at that night I felt so ecstatic and over whelmed at that night because it's a valuable memory for me. It's an absolute honor for me to be taking part in the pageant, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and will be a moment in history that will always be remembered for me. I'm really looking forward to being out on the river with friends and family. To mark this historic moment will be extremely special a very very special to me.
