Over the years I've acquired great knowledge pertaining wellness of the human body and everything there is to know

about nutrition/food in its entire. I never went to school for the knowledge that I am going to share with you, I was a

chemistry major actually. lol the funny part is for the longest time growing up as male child in the household we always

saw the woman cooking; didn't really interest me, though I was always health conscious and wanted to always eat

healthy. Long story short, life happened and I had my first child at 21. I always told myself that when I had a child, I was

going to be the best dad ever and that I was going to make sure my child got all of their nutrition. With a busy spouse

trying to pursue life goals, everything was on me and one thing lead to another my journey began.

Hidden/Arising Passion

Beginning my journey I discovered how important it is to eat the right foods verses the bad every week hitting the library like gym sessions studying ; tagging along my little one of course👸🏾baby Grace🤗. I began to read different books📚 via internet 🖥 about wellness and food prepping and so on.... This was just the surface of my research as my passion started to grow further. I learned so so much about the origins and benefits of many different foods though I still wasn't even close to my destination. It wasn't until about 2years ago when I was online researching and came across some vital information about the Alkalinity level of foods an the great importance of paying close attention to which fruits,vegetables and grains you put into your body. This changed everything I thought I knew about food in its entire; this also changed my focus on everything. I was highly shocked and intrigued about this new information I was recieved and the transition was very hard. I then switched my eating habits and the way I cooked also.
