Introduce Yourself

It seems that in the past two years I have woken up.

For a decade after college I wandered. Low paying jobs. Crappy rented rooms. Poor financial skills....
I didn't know any other way.

But in the past two years I feel that my brain has finally engaged; and I am hungry.

For example: Where as a younger, lazier version of me took 3 years of Spanish and could say all of "Puedo ir al bano?", instead no there is a passion within me to engage. Where I accepted low payment for my valuable time, I now value my time as a commodity. I am seeking knowledge and furthering my career.

It is almost as if college put me to sleep. Student loans, roommates and girlfriends, easy classes and all nighter exam sessions...it almost seems as if they softened my drive.

Yet here I am. 2018 will be an amazing year. Because I will make it so. I have seized control of the reigns and I will push to achieve what I want out of this life.
