None of this applies in this case as I see it. This is his first post here, there is no way he can know about what is going on with plagiarism etc. Maybe just explain it to him in a friendly way just as I am doing to you.
I always make a point of welcoming new arrivals here and upvote them..i have removed my flag as indeed this might be a bit harsh,´I do not use down votes at all I can promise you, but this post I have to say does give me reason for concern that is all !!but i hope you do see the point I try to make here at least and that @scaryjerry will later verify himself here correctly ?

still not even sure what the right way is :), but I think you did right in removing the flag. Being upvoted by a major steem-holder can never be your fault.
Sure I agree with you completely on that point, its not easy to understand the method by which one can be verified by the community. But that was really all i was trying to point out to @scaryjerry in my first comment here. As it is I think vital to the economy that accounts are verified correctly before payment is made, do you agree with that statement ? i hate policing anything here believe me, it does not give me a good feeling in my stomach either as of course there is always an element of doubt in these matters. I will feel better once @scaryjerry has replied and offers a way of true verification. I do this not for me but for the good of all the community !!

Hi @katharsisdrill, yes I am sure you are right !! I did not wish to give the impression I was aggressing him at all !! Its just I do not understand why there has been no verification made on this new account ? I hope you see that this could be very problematic for this community if people can just stroll in without identifying themselves correctly here first ?? To be fair I have asked him to give some identification,and it seems he has not replied as yet !! As I recall when i posted my introduction here i was there baited breath to see who and what would be said. So why has he not replied yet ?? Seems strange no?
