Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue!

Howdy Steemians!

I’m Runamok Mike and am glad to be here! I’m an aspiring videographer/photographer living in rural West by God Virginia. My interests are firearms, homesteading, beer, and all things with an internal combustion engine. For better or worse I’m also the guy that makes endless pop culture references at a party!

I’ve been exploring steemit for the past couple of weeks trying to figure out how everything works and now that I have a handle on it, I give you my introductory post:

I was recently poised to start filming and posting on Youtube, but was disappointed by their monetization policies on firearms, and while looking for other options, I ran across Dtube and Steemit. I love the community here and hope to begin contributing ASAP. I foresee great things for content creators on this platform in the future!

Anyway, we are raring to go, and I just purchased a high speed camera that shoots up to 30,000 FPS and plan on filming a lot of cool things in slow-motion in the very near future, so please follow me and check back!
