So I actually enjoyed reading that and to be honest it's the sort of post I'd prefer to read on Steemit. I love your job title, every company gives that role a different name. Effectively you are Customer Care which takes a special kind of person.

Hi @dickturpin! It's nice you're enjoying reading my post. I think I was not specifically title Customer Care since I will still be tasked with other functions like document controlling.
