Rome never fell.

This whole account may be only a fast introduction. I'm not sure how long I'll be able to access this computer before another watcher finds me.

My name is Alex. I'm a storyteller. Or I wanted to be one. Maybe this is my only one. I study anything that catches my interest. One day years ago I was binging on fairy tales and noticed sttange connections between different culture's stories, as though the people of South America and Greece both lived on an island in the Atlantic ocean.

I started to read more stories like they were unedited history books. I saw more connections and patterns and the events that occur these days began to make sense.

Since time is of the essence I needed to tell you the end truth first and fill the blanks of the map in as I go. Each post will be a record of my discoveries and then maybe you too can see the secret truth hidden by every other.

We live in a world made up by a secret cabal of elite people who saw that countries and nations came and went while belief structures remained in place way longer. This group of conspirators wanted a world of slaves without the fear of the people rising against them.

One of the first changes that was agreed upon was a shift of the calendar. Over 500 years were added to the calendar. The only reason I could think of for the additional years was an idea of pushing history further away to make it seem less meaningful. Before the Internet and printing press, telling people what year it is was much easier.

Presenting people from the past as illiterate barbarians made the documents which did survive the Catholic purge of the world's knowledge seem more outrageous and fanciful than factual. I hope I can tell you more. People don't want this information to get out.
