Worldwide,Suicide statistics has bee notching northwards
Geometrically and Consistently. This is a great Aberration* , no doubt. Disturbingly unusual is that the rate is notching higher in the acclaimed Developed World which parades best economic / development/social indices!!

If Suicide is a Verdict of absence of enthusiasm to live, Nations may need to review the uses of such indices as a COVER ALL measurements of Civilization and Economic advancement. After all, what are they without Life??

Could the foregoing scenario points to some hidden and unappreciated truths to the effect that Life consist more than mere dollars, pounds,bread and butter ?? Your thoughts in this regard is as good as ours. Yes!, there is more to Life than Omelettes and Pancakes. Life is beyond wild , uncontrolled excitements proceeding from excess indulgence in food and wine; possession of ostentatious objects; neither is it about being famous due to Socal and Political appellations.

WHY SUICIDE ??
Suiciders Worldwide tends to commit this heinous homicide for some intrinsic reasons; all arising from LOW or NO Self Esteem. Zero value is auto imputed into their existence, which arises from some or all of these:

HOPELESSNESS!!!
This is a slow but surreptitious Killer. It is a GLOOMY auto forecast of the Future to be abysmally worst that the the experienced Now.

LACK OF PURPOSE FOR LIVING.
The worth of Life is intrinsically tied to PURPOSE of Living!! *** Why is my Life***?? , What is my PLACE in this 80+ billion World Community ???. Just a meteor floating around, aimlessly at the mercy of the Wind??
No doubt , whenever there is no Definite Aim for Living, the people perishes, according to the Bible

Confused state of INDECISION, therefore not willing to ACT on anything. It is usually, more of Psychotic issue than Social.

Folks, often times, depends on the opinion of others for their perceived self worth. When this is not favourable, especially from sibblings , friends, social media and the mainstream media.
