Welcome to my adventures

Hello Steemit world,

My name is Alex and I live in Boulder, Colorado. I am a student at the University of Colorado at Boulder, currently studying finance. I am 20 years old and spent my whole life living in Colorado. It has been a great time and I have enjoyed all of the beautiful scenery that we have here. I discovered this amazing platform thanks to my amazing friend and girlfriend @mrslauren.

Exploring new places, traveling, and photography are some of my passions. From a young age, I was interested in becoming more creative and taking an artistic approach to things. I would spend my days drawing houses, and coming up with architectural designs. Slowly over time, I ventured out and started to pick up photography and worked on automobiles. My interests have changed, but the most basic principles and ideas have stayed the same. Below I will tell you a bit about myself.

Here are 10 interesting facts about me:

• I speak three languages. I was raised in a Russian speaking household, and in school I learned to read, write and talk in Hebrew.

• I love cars and have been working with them for years. My attainable dream car is a 2015 Mercedes E63 Amg S. My other dream car is a Porsche 918 spyder. Below is an E63 that I was fortunate to work with over the summer.

• I used to race mini go karts and cars. I was a mechanic for my brother and he is a 3 time Colorado champion in his class. Below is a picture of my brothers helmet that was photographed by me at the United States national championship.

• I absolutely love music. I spend hours on end listening to mixes of all types of music. I like to go to concerts and feel the bass thumping through my body. My favorite artists are Rl Grime, Odesza, Russ, The Beetles, DJ Tiesto, Zedd, Tchami, and DJ Snake just to name a few. • I have always loved photography because my grandpa was a photographer for a newspaper in Russia. He taught me a few tricks here and there. I picked up my first camera at the age of 12, it was a nikon d3100. I took photos of my brother's races at the time.

• My dream has always been to become a DJ and mix music in front of large crowds. The sensation of people dancing to music gives me an adrenaline rush.

• I have been to numerous states because of my brother's racing. He was part of the #1 team in the United States and we got to travel from the east to west coast. My favorite place so far has been Phoenix, Arizona. The race track is challenging and the scenery behind it is spectacular.

• When I was 5 years old, my mom got me a spider man cake and ever since then I fell in love with super heroes. I enjoy watching super hero movies. My all time favorites are the Avengers, Iron Man, The Dark Knight and The Incredible Hulk. My favorite marvel character is Hulk and my favorite DC character is Batman.

• I enjoy watching TV when I get the chance. I'm usually busy with work or out doing something, so I do not watch a lot of TV. But, when I do get a chance I enjoy watching Netflix or Amazon Prime series. My favorite TV shows are Family Guy, Narcos, Top Gear, The Grand Tour, and How I Met Your Mother.

• I am interested in exploring more and traveling to Europe soon. I have been to the Caribbean and to Israel so far. My bucket list is to visit Cyprus Greece, Florence Italy, and Vienna Austria. I enjoy learning about the culture and history of cities. On my trip to Israel, I got to experience the sunset at the dead sea, which is the lowest point in the world.

This is a small glimpse and insight of who I am. I am excited to share more with you guys and explore what this community has to offer. I am a genuine and empathetic person, who enjoys to give back to the community. Spontaneous adventures are what help me create my passion and lead me to interesting ideas. I am beyond excited to share my adventures and experiences with the Steemit community. This will be a large learning curve for me, but I am excited for the process.
