Introducing Myself At Last!

Hi all Steemers - not quite my first post, a delayed intro, I always meant to #introducemyself first, but started by browsing, following and commenting. So I have followers but no real exciting interaction as yet on the #steemit platform, and finally the introduceyourself post to kick-start my journey.

I am currently residing and daytime working in London -

but I live in West Cork in Ireland -

(yes that's me) where we have lovely unspoiled beaches and I go to restore my sanity as often as I can. I have a fantastic family, all grown up now and spread around the globe.

I dabble in internet marketing as a hobby, and have a few websites on the go, also some books on Amazon, yet to finish that novel however.. maybe short stories are a better ambition.

Travel has been a big part of my life and our lives - I have lived in Australia and the UK, hailed from Dublin initially, but became a Munster man 20 years ago, and home is West Cork.

As a family we enjoyed great adventures every couple of years, memorable vacations including China -

Vietnam -

Thailand, and the west coast of Italy -

Not to mention 2 fantastic trips across the US - Grand Canyon and Zion were particular highlights. Think this sowed the travel bug in the children too, delighted to see them exploring the world, and now we need to catch up with them!
