Let me introduce myself...
Hi everyone at Steemit...
My name is Anders Christensen, Denmark. I was born in May 1963.
I live in a small suburb of Copenhagen.
I went through 10 years of school. Afterward, I took an office education. I have been to a high school for languages. I have used my office education a few times by a few jobs but said goodbye to that industry due to no success in the long run. During the years I have had different experiences at different industries inclusively in the cleaning area, as a postman and newspaper delivery man. Since 2009 I have been working as a station officer at the Danish Railways.
In my spare time, I have a few but major interests. I am a long distance runner (the attached photo is from the year when I was at my best):
, use my Internet connection a lot, like to watch a good movie on a day off and listen to hit music at rarely moments usually on a day off too.
Not long ago, earlier this year, I read about this special kind of a social media site, Steemit, from an email promotion. Currently, I am almost finished with the set up of my new account.
My cover image is not 100% completed. It is not THAT easy to create it with the correct size. I will work on it later on.
My goal for this introduction is not to provide a novel long one but to give interested readers a basic knowledge about, who I am and a bit of my life background.
I have a more serious goal: To learn more about how to use Steemit and get interesting connections with other members.
I will end my introduction here... Today, it is the 20th of April 2019.
Greeting, Anders Christensen
Welcome to the new social. I also run, but I can't claim to be very quick. It's just for fun and fitness. Your fellow dane @katharsisdrill may be near you
Hi, I have received more attention than expected from my introduction post (actually, had no idea how much to expect), so I will be short with a simple "thank you" for your comment. Greeting, Anders
I never liked running. I never got this high that was supposed to make things better for runners, so i dispise it. Some people can do it. Welcome to steemit and steem blockchain. My name is Francesca @prettynicevideo. If you have any questions just ask
Welcome Anders, hope you enjoy it here.

You are most welcome! ;)
Welcome to steem. I’ve always thought long distance running has got to be one of the hardest sports to tackle

Hi, I have received more attention than expected from my introduction post (actually, had no idea how much to expect), so I will be short with a simple "thank you" for your comment. Running is not necessarily a hard sport. It depends on, how you actually practice it. Greeting, Anders
Hello Anders, that's a kind of scary picture.. though you could say that same about mine. ;)
I'm interested to know about this promotion, care to tell us?
There is a large running community on Steemit and ActiFit also pays in tokens and rewards in votes for using their dApp and writing about activities.

Anyway, welcome to the world of STEEM, and I'll try to kickstart your blog with a vote and resteem.

Now to the bonus part of my reply. Scary picture... Well, had not thought of it as scary myself.
Well, this promotion. I don´t have the email message anymore, but the included promotion link redirected me to this page: http://getcontenu.com/live/
Greeting, Anders
This looks like it's easy and I'll warn you it's not at all.
I don't want to put you off as a new blogger but don't expect too much, and typically intro posts do better than the ones following.
Right now nobody knows who you are, and so they wont come to you. Try and gain a following, be patient and you will get noticed if you can write.
I wish you all the best, and will be mentioning you in my next post.. (as it's pre-written).
Welcome!!! Another fellow runner!
