Life forms as an introduction?

There are more lifeforms on the surface of your skin than on the face of the Earth.

Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself to the steemit community.  For the most part, I do not like introductions as I fall on the introvert side of a Myers & Briggs test.  However, that isn't to say that I'm a recluse.  I'm not sure if my unvalidated fun fact I started off with is true, but I needed an ice breaker.  And I thought that since introverts like to recharge by being alone, it's funny to think we never really are ... alone.  shutter ...

I found steemit because I've become tired of the same run of the mill social sites like flipper, viewcube, and tracelook.  It seems the ability to truly be a free internet is becoming impossible with those big three.  While I tend to not get policial, I still desire to have the ability to voice my thoughts.  In general, I consider myself to be a decent human being who tries to show mercy to others.

So, words.  Yeah, words.  Words carry a lot of power.  They carry within them either poison or fruit; the point being, it's a choice.  I wish the loud voices would choose better.
