RE: Hi Steemit, I am Jamie!...Writer, Economist, Crypto-enthusiast...verification
Welcome to the community! And greeting from the USA. Glad to have another knowledgeable Bitcoin user here. You have an awesome job
Thank you so much! Greetings love to hear from international people... I want to get the Bitcoin 21 computer and share about it for others...so look out for posts on that soon :) ... thank you!... I love writing for Btcmanager... I was working a Full-time job at a FTSE100 company during Jan2016-May2106 but I left because it was a mundane job, even though I got paid more I had to follow my passion....
I understand, and while it sounds cliché the you only live once applies here. I'd rather regret trying something and failing than regret not trying and always having it in the back of my mind. It's an interesting technological age here. Unfortunately we in the USA have a disaster coming for whoever becomes our president. I don't look forward to seeing that, but being here uplifts my spirits.
I agree, the choice has become horrible... hopefully the blockchain will allow for more effective local governance and a move away from big government and federal structures. This is also why I love Bitcoin, we can actually have better governance structures with transparent voting... I think globalization is slowly unravelling and we need to devolve power to communities and smaller economies rather than having power at the top at the federal level in the US for example... I think Clinton will win ... people are waking up though and realizing the corrupt system for what it is... general, decent American citizens have our support and are in people's prayers around the world...
You may have an influx of americans fleeing the country to your homeland before long. prayers are seriously needed, so thank you. And yes our banks are struggling and people are starting to have positive connotations with blockchain technology, while many still see bitcoin as silk road currenccy. But people aren't very educated on this. Steemit is a great platform to bring those familiar to social media onto an easy to use interface, while possibly confusing at first if you can post interesting content or ever wrote a blog, you can be successful. The beauty is you need 0 bitcoin knowledge until you learn about it further or cash out at which point you'll gladly learn a few steps to get money. It's brilliant
