Hello Steem!

I'm 29 year old guy, from Porto, the city where Port wine got it's name, in the beautiful and rich country of #Portugal .
I work for the Portuguese Air Force and I live in Lisbon, the capital of the country and one of the best cities to live in the world, nowadays!

(This is me, in the #Douro wine region, last year, where Port Wine is produced. It's east from Porto, along the Douro River. It's a #UNESCO Wrold Heritage site)

I'm currently studying to be an osteopath/chiropractor. I also take courses and formations in several areas of health & wellness, like #massagetherapy , #fitness , #astrology and #cooking or #nutrition .

I currently follow a #vegan diet, which is helping me to find new flavors (nutritional yeast, lentils, buckwheat, smoked paprika), new ways of organizing my diet ( #mealprep , cooking in large quantities, thinking about macros and nutrients), cooking with flavor to appeal to non-vegans so that they can understand that it isn't always necessary to have an animal product to have taste or to feel satisfied with a meal.

I got introduced to Steem by seeing the posts from a fellow vegan @therusticvegan a guy that cooks crazy beautiful delicious stuff and posts it here and on Instagram ( http://www.instagram.com/bjonr ). Check him out!!!

I wanted to open a blog and start journaling the little things I do that make me unique (crazy, some would say), like #fasting for a day or two, awkward rituals and recipes I do, exercises and workouts I try and do, life tips that no one in life is going to tell you... Well, it's all about sharing my life experience, as a young man in this crazy beautiful world we're living in.

I hope I inspire you to be a more confident, wise, healthy person, in order to absorb the most and live the best of this great experience that is life!
