Hello everyone!
My name is Juliana. I am Brazilian from Belo Horizonte in Minas Gerais and passionate about different cultures, history, philosophy and of course food, mainly Brazilian food.
I lived eight years in Europe and I noticed that the people there know little or nothing about Brazilian cuisine. With my blog I have the opportunity to show you different Brazilian dishes, fruits, vegetables, sweets and much more. But I will also show you the history and the culture of my country.

I know very little about Brazilian food, like a typical American, my idea of South and Central American food centers around what comes out of Mexico. However, due to the friends that I have in places like Costa Rica, Chile and Colombia, I know thats not the case.
Anyway, I'm excited to see what qualifies as Brazilian food, can't wait!

I know some food from Mexico, but it is very different from the Brazilian food. Perhaps in the north of Brazil it is more like in Colombia. I don`t know. Thankyou for following me.
