Hello Steemit, I'm Daniel!

Hello Steemit, I'm Daniel.  I guess I would describe myself as a Libertarian/Voluntarist/Anarcho-Capitalist, in short.  For a living I'm a biomedical engineer, working in research at a large hospital in Pittsburgh.  But what I want to do for a living is mobile development, because I've got this hole in my life that I think can only be filled by building products for people.  Mobile development is the fastest and most fun way I have found to accomplish this, so it is the main motivation in my life right now.  I'm working on building my skills and trying to land some freelance work in the process.

I'm excited to contribute to the Steemit community and plan to write on a variety of topics that interest me including the economics of education and scientific research, entrepreneurship, lifestyle design, and Android development.
