Whatsup STEEMIT! I'm David and damn am i happy to have an account on here.

Hello everyone, my name is David :)

As a lover of Blockchain technology i really wanted to get on and use a "Dapp" of sorts -- some practical application that operates using a blockchain. When i first heard of Steemit i ignored it because i was too busy reading 4 different whitepapers and trying to obtain an understanding of a few projects i was interested in (ETH -long af-, GNT, SC, BAT, Tezos, and IOTA -complicated-). Finally when i came around to looking this project up i was amazed. The token structure, system of payouts, and obvious incentivization for non-commercial quality content was a really intriguing idea to me.

As you can imagine, when i finally signed up i was heartbroken to find out there was a waiting-list.

I only signed up 3 more times over the next couple of weeks to make sure i wasn't being joshed.

Well, here i am, excited to see how this community will develop. I can't wait to add some quality content myself.
