On December 17, 2017, Delimar Paraco and MO Alexander met and decided to form the group, choosing the name referring to the song "DNA" of the South Korean group BTS . They started the same day with the rehearsals of the choreography of MIC DROP with only 4 members.

In January of 2018, the group was accepted into the house of culture Dr. Víctor Manuel Ovalles , thus obtaining more members and a suitable dance hall.

As fans of the kpop, DNG will have projects like those of the Korean entertainment agencies (only DNG is a small academy that is barely known in their city) and Dance cover videos of some of the most recent MV's will be made.

On May 7, 2018, MO (CEO of DNG) and SooWook had their first live performance for the anniversary of the National High School Rafael Cabrera Malo, each performing a single "Thanks - Seventeen" and "Euphoria - BTS".

MO Announced that I would evaluate the members in seven Survival Test while I have chosen the best ones to make them debut (as a group) in a future project. The first test was called "Are you a star?" The members demonstrated through a presentation if they are a "star". At the end of the round the members of the different teams became known.

EQUIPMENT In the program there are 2 teams: Team "N" (yeoNsusaeng-TraiNee) that will be made up of 5 members, who will be the ones who will stand out in the different missions that the production is putting on them, won the pennies of their team, which makes a difference of others; While those who are in the team "G" (Gyeongseubsaeng-Apprentice) will run the risk of being eliminated from the program, likewise they will have to fight for a place in the "N" team and get the penny of a member who has it. . Those who survive in the "N" team will be those who debuted in the "D" team (aiDol-iDol) of DNG. Those who would start as the "N" team were chosen by MO, who chose them according to the abilities they had shown as apprentices.

Due to the great tight schedule of CEO MO and DNG Members, only on Saturdays the whole team manages to meet. The survival test will continue and so the project will be announced later; while the rest with MO are preparing to start with the choreography recordings and demonstrate not only their talent as dancers.

DNG is just beginning and do not think we are a great academy, since we are only a small dance group in a borrowed place with big dreams and goals to achieve.
