Achievement 1 Steemit introductory post

Hello All,

My name is Matthew I am 48 years old and I live in sunny Florida, USA. I currently work for a VoIP company in both a technical support role and as an implementation specialist for a specific platform that we sell.
My hobbies and passion are reading and motorcycling, I am mostly a fan of science fiction but will read anything that catches my interest including biographies, histories or really anything that sounds entertaining. Also motorcycling is a big part of my life, although I currently have not been out riding very much recently, I have been riding since I was 8 or 9 and nothing in the world I have found compares to the freedom of the wind in your face and an open rode to ride.
I was introduced to Steemit from a newsletter I received that touted this is an amazing platform to not only grow but to earn from as well.
I currently have a number of different crypto currencies in a few different areas and will be adding more in the future.
I have a beautiful wife and 2 grandchildren that I love with all my heart and will do anything for them, as most grandparents will. I have traveled quite a bit outside the USA in my lifetime, many cities in Canada, The Bahamas, Mexico, Belize, Czech Republic (which has the most beautiful city on earth Prague) and I even lived in Haiti for almost 2 years. All that this travel has taught me is that people are different all over the world but we are all still very much the same as well.
