Are the introductions of the perfect people the most rewarded posts?

I have seen a lot of posts where people describe themselves who they are, what they do and what they have reached. I have noticed that the most perfect people get more votes and comments than less perfect introductions. Actually I think this is the result of how Steemit works. Everyone want to upvote or comment a post which has the potential to become trending. The more the introducee is closer to perfection, the more people upvoting/comment it because they know the other people are going to reward the perfection and success.

Is it necessary to be good looking, high educated and successful to make a post with a high payout?

I hope not !
