Introducting Fonis to you...

Hello everyone I'm delighted to be part of you all my name is Fonis Nkanang, I am a proudly Nigerian, christianity is my religion. I am fair in complexion 5ft9 my picture can testify to that. I am a Nautical science graduate from Maritime academy of Nigeria. I am a mariner.

If i say that i am a smart young man i don't think i would be making a mistake. I have a very lovely family and love my FAMILY, i love musics... (Good musics), i love to play CHESS. I love my siblings, i love many things i just can't name them right now but with we'll get to know them. I don’t discriminate or judge, I take everyone as same, like helping people in my own little way, i love making friends remember the saying "make new friends and keep the old, one may be silver and the other gold," and in one way or another steemit has granted us the opportunity to meet new people, socialise and make that not just with the people of our home countries but with individuals from other parts of the world.

In my short period of joining steemit and reading through posts of many people i will boldly say that i have learnt a lot and it has been exceptionally exciting. Steemit has so far been an eye opener even to the things i never thought I would have known and I intend to learn more and equally contribute my quota to the growth of steemit.

Me and my brother...

I knew about steemit from my younger brother @syfun and opened my first account and lost the passkey and that was it for me, i was discouraged but the young man never stopped making me see reasons to change my mind and rejoined the community. I saw the happiness he felt in just planning to participate in contests conducted by @dobartim immediately he finishes his examination, that rekindled my interest because i saw how steemit could be used to touch lives just like @dobartim and other people with big heart does. A big thanks to @atishdarpel who has been very helpful and patient in guiding me. Shout out to my new friend @fidofinans those who followed me even without me posting and other new friends I'm yet to make here. I really look forward to making new friends, developing myself and probably becoming a whale on steemit someday 😉. Thanks for reading my first post...
