@feliciaismail - the first thing that you need to know is to vote no more than 10 votes each day. Your vote depletes your SP at 2% each and regeneration is at 20% per day.
Besides, with low SP, and low reputation score as a newbie, your votes is rather symbolic, so, vote with careful consideration.
