Evil eye is real, every I religion studied mentioned evil eye at some point.

Now, you may or may not be afflicted some people have a habit of blaming it on the unseen. At that point "it" can qualify to anything.

Now there is an animal that suppose you assume in the animal world is a human. Deers freeze in frot of cars all the time, evil eye afflicts you in a similar manner ; not knowing what to do when certain situations present themselves.
