Hello steem community, let me introduce myself;]

Hello, after a few months of reading from the sidelines and absorbing all the knowledge I think it is time to introduce myself to this amazing community!

I am Paulius, one of the founders at Capital Blockchain Centre in Canberra (AU). We have only started a few months ago and in the process of funding it. So looking for sponsors and interested projects please apply here;]

Hahaha I guess it's time to stop spamming and actually introduce myself. I thought about this for way too long and how it should be done what brackets should I put myself in. Well I guess I will be one of them people who calls myself an Enabler;] A lot of people have been describing me with this word for a few years and I just laughed it off as not a real job description. It grew on me and I wear it with pride, but only for a few weeks now!;]

I think I will tell you my story in a lot more detail over next series of posts, but I am from Lithuania, traveled the world and my mind for over 15 years, landed in Australia about 5 years ago with two kids and got into blockchain world only a year ago. This is like the quick summary of my adulthood;]Ah yes I sometimes spin records as well, strictly roots dub/reggae;]

I am interested in Blockchain as a world changing technology re-focusing the system to be community centered. I think it can go two ways though which I will elaborate further in my posts. It all depends if we as human beings become human doings or if the apathy and fear of the change will win and we will surrender to the 0.1%. I certainly hope not and I do believe the change is coming.

I guess because of my social-anarchist beliefs, which was only defined to me a few years ago and used as another label, my focus is on EOS as THE platform for the future. I don't have IT background, so I am more idealistic than technical expert; futurist, evangelist whatever label you want to put on me;]

Ok enough for now! Lets keep in touch. Hit me up if you have what to say!If you need friends! If you think you have similar affiliations! Or about anything, I like human interactions;] And I understand this just sounded like I'm a robot;]

Peace!

Hello gutauskasp! Welcome to Steemit! Hope you'll like the community here. As a start, here are 5 tips that we believe will be helpful to you:

  1. Keep your passwords safe: Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
  2. Get Steem rewards: When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
  3. Upvote wisely: When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
  4. Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power: Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
  5. Have Fun and Enjoy!
