Keeping fit is good, you have a healthy body and rewarding your trainees after successful completion is what will keep them going, I wish I had someone to motivate me too. 😥

I constantly puzzle myself how to motivate people, being painfree and healthy and have a bright outlook staying agile and mobile in old age is apparently not enough. So there has to be some material rewarding system.

The only person that can motivate you is yourself. Just start small but commit to it, soon you will gather likeminded people around you and it will get easier, I promise :)

Well said, researches shows that material rewarding things is a positive reinforcement that keeps the mind on track. It's worthy!. However, I think I will just stick to your advice #SelfMotivation. Thanks so much, I appreciate.
