Hello Steemit! We are HempSweet and this account was created to help spread the knowledge of Hemp Power to the world.  With over 25,000 different applications already discovered for hemp, we will have a lot of content to post here. One of our founders has been participating in Steemit since the early days and has been in pursuit to find the right product and message to leverage this great technology of social-crypto and hemp sweetness.

In the coming weeks we will be sharing our plans to create a crowd sale to complete our R & D needed to scale our mass production of xylitol (healthy sugar) from hemp.  All of the funding participants will enjoy the benefits afforded by the crypto world by receiving, with their donation, one "hempsweet" digital token that will be redeemable for one pound of our xylitol.  For you Bitshares (Open Ledger) fans, you are probably already realizing that we will also be creating the first ever soft commodity to be exchanged on a decentralized exchange market at the same time, since investors will immediately be able to start trading our product asset token immediately.

One of the goals we at HempSweet has is to show how mixing the only true cash crop (hemp) can reconnect with its value by merging cannabis with crypto. The biggest hurdle for any movement in social mindset is to establish a secure way to communicate and connect with supporters.  SteemIt seems like the perfect tool to help us achieve greatness for steem, hemp and the world.

One pound of Xylitol? As in, the artificial sweetener?

As in a five carbon sugar found in birch, corn cob and a whole bunch in hemp. It prevents cavities, regrows tooth enamel, treats upper respiratory infections, and does not cause the harmful metabolic reaction refined sugars and artificial sweeteners do. It is the same sweetness as normal sugar so no big changes to recipes that dont require bread to rise.

Thanks! I thought it sounded familiar.
