Adventure with Aya #1: Prep For The (Unofficial) Bring Your Kids to Work Day

Hi Steemians!

So tomorrow will be the day of all days, the (unofficial) bring your kids to work day.

Why unofficial? 

I was actually planning to take the week off since I have to take care of Aya on Thursday and Friday (because the nursery is closed for Eid holiday and wifey has work commitments). But one day the boss asked me:

Boss: So..Why do you need to take the week off? I thought you're just going back to the hometown until Wednesday?

Me: Actually I don't need to but I have to take care of my kid. The nursery's closed for the whole week.

Boss: So you're actually around? Then why don't you just bring your kid along?

Me: Really? But my kid just got her feet so she's quite a handful nowadays.

Boss: It's OK just put her in the meeting room.

Me: Well if you say so...

And that's that. I saved 2 days of annual leaves and I got to bring my kid to the office.

7 hours to D-Day, and I am currently listing on what are the things to bring.

Diaper bag, milk, feeding bottles, baby snacks, comforter (for her to lay around), towel, baby clothes (in case of 'nasty' accidents), baby carriers, toys to keep her occupied... 

Hope that I dont miss anything...

What can go wrong right?

I hope I have enough energy to write by the end of the day tomorrow.
