@impactb4income place value on our individual communities, and we intend to lead by example. @impactb4income is solution driven, geared towards creating an abundance mentality in the Steemit community in particular and in our individual communities in general.
Scarcity mentality creates poor or mistaken information which is a liability for us all. Poor information creates poor people. One of the reasons so many people are struggling financially is simply because they have obsolete, biased, misleading, or erroneous information powering their most powerful asset, their brain. Examples of scarcity mentality are ideas such as “community development is the responsibility of the government alone.” So many times, we’ve seen people in government, schools, institutions, organizations, etc. who are only after the reward and not the impact on the people. These and many more can be traced back to our mistaken information.
Today, many people are perishing because they are without knowledge about money. We live in the information and communication age, yet some people still have an industrial age mentality. “The mentality of go to school, obtain high grades, and get high paying jobs.”
The good news is the entire world has never been so connected. Thank God the world found Steemit. Steemit has turned the table around in so many families. Qualitative information is the single greatest asset of this era. In previous ages, you owned cattle ranches, factories, gold mines, oil wells, or Skyscrapers to be rich. In Information Age, information alone can make you very rich. You don’t need tangible resources like land, gold, or oil. The founder of Steemit @ned, and other top bloggers on Steemit such as @jesta, @jerrybanfield, @teamsteem... etc have proved that.
With no money down, just some information and leverage of technology (Steemit platform), anybody anywhere can become financially free.

THE BELIEF

@impactb4income believes we can all be rich if we can all be productive. This is why this account was created to help bring abundance mentality to Steemit and to our individual communities.
The team behind @impactb4income is a group of regular Steemians fully engaged in the business of Steemit. We are disciplined, determined and unstoppable to help a teaming populace of unemployed youths to become productive and self-reliant. @impactb4income is poised to spread the good news that qualitative information is abundant and free, and it’s available to everyone on Steemit.
On Steemit today, it’s relatively easy for a person, even the very poor or young to go from nothing to super-rich without much money. In case you are in doubt, you can start with a visit to @damarth’s blog to read stories shared by people whose lives have changed for better after joining Steemit.
To be rich today, you don’t have to be a conquistador, sailing to foreign lands and robbing the indigenous people of their resources. You don’t need to join politics so you can loot a company, a state, or a country. You don’t even need to join those who indulge in trafficking, terrorism, child labor, piracy, kidnapping, and the likes.
On Steemit, qualitative information and a very inexpensive device (mobile or computer) can transport anyone from poor to super rich while working from home. All it takes is the right information and the readiness to make positive impacts and add value to others.

OUR VISION

Our vision is to create a community of volunteers, where everybody renders a voluntary service(s) to the community based on their passion and specialization. To build a community where everybody gives and everybody gets.
We’ve started living this dream since September, 2017 at I.B.I center Abuja, Nigeria. We started with music, and we can see how possible it is. At I.B.I center, a guitarist trains a vocalist on how to play the guitar, a pianist trains the guitarist on how to play the piano, and the vocalist trains the keyboardist on how to sing.
All these were powered by STEEMIT and the perceived ideology behind Steemit. We long to do more as more people are joining the community, resources are stretched, but we believe the impossible is possible on Steemit and we can say it anywhere.

OUR MISSION

The primary aim of @impactb4income is to showcase the activities of regular Steemians who are actually making positive impacts in their individual communities using the rewards (quality information and resources) they’ve acquired through Steemit. We believe that showcasing these activities will promote STEEMIT and the abundance mentality. It will also create examples and an atmosphere of making positive impacts in our individual communities. The extent to which these activities can go can’t be measured; even our children’s children will feel the impacts and more importantly, learn this abundance mentality.
Another aim of @impactb4income is to discover and train young talents through local talent hunt programs – thereby helping them to become productive and self-reliant rather than leaving them to depend on seeking unavailable jobs in order to survive.
@impactb4income also seeks to provide financial education for new Steemians. It’s not enough to learn how to earn on Steemit, it’s also important to learn how to re-invest these earnings on acquiring Steem power, Steem, Steem dollars, and other potential cryptocurrencies. By showing newbies the strategies taught by @jerrybanfield and the likes, @impactb4income intend to grow a community of rich Steemians with abundance mentality.
We know our mission is achievable but not without support. We are determined and unstoppable, poised to achieve all our set out goals. @impactb4income will be managed by @fessikay and @greatman4eva. Other members of the I.B.I community are the followers of @impactb4income.

PARADIGM SHIFT

There are a lot of people out there making positive impacts in the society but what we see more often are negative impacts of aggressive people. These negative impacts create a bad mentality in individuals unconsciously which has led to the thought that positive impacts are unachievable. @impactb4income is committed to help change this erroneous thought and paradigm by showcasing proofs and examples of Steemians making positive impacts in the society.
When we create an atmosphere of impactful living, even the generations to come will find enough lead to follow.
We hope to get suggestions and support from the loving people on Steemit so as to accelerate and facilitate our vision and mission.
