Hello there Steemit. Finally got approved after like 5 days.
Discovered the website through this video and it instantly clicked with me. I've never been into any social activity, but I finally decided to engage with a community. So I'm here not for money but for communication.
No photo of mine, because I'm concern about my privacy. On the internet you can only find 2 photos I've posted myself(maybe some more not by me). If you are from Japan or South Korea we could connect via Line/KakaoTalk and you can see me there.
Few things about myself:
- I like programming, but I suck at it. I think golang is the best language and everyone should use it, python is the second.
- I like trading. Tried it numerous times and always had the same trouble - my country of residence sucks and I weren't able to pass verification. And so I discovered cryptocurrency long time ago, but only now decided to buy some with my last money.
- I like languages. Right now I'm learning Japanese. Give me energy guys! (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ
I've tried blogging before on tumblr but that was..... pathetic? So maybe here I find the inspiration to write about some things: depression and my country - those 2 topics are integrated part of my life, because I both hate them but they stay like a disease.
Now. For those who actually care, I need some answers:
- Can you use CSS when creating posts? I've tried, didn't work. P.S. I wasn't doing a search.
- Should I repost my tumblr posts here?
- Why wouldn't you want to use the auto-upvote?

Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?
Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
