Roadtrip in the States.

This summer we had a chance to take a vacation to the States.
We started out flying from Arlanda to London, London to Chicago and finally Chicago to Minneapolis.

There we went to Mall of America.

We also had our first Smashburger which was wonderful!

Since my husband is a die hard Vikings fan, we visited US Bank Stadium

We rented a car and drove down to Des Moines, Iowa where we ate at The Tap room. I can highly recommend going there!

After a good meal we went to a Baseball game. That's something we don't have in Sweden!

The trip continued to BBQ-land, Kansas City.
Oh my! There we had burnt ends at 2 famous restaurants, Joe's Kansas City BBQ

and Jack Stack

On our way to Springfield, Missouri, we found Fantasic Caverns. It was amazing!

Then there was Branson, Missouri. What a place! Great milkshakes.

We finally reached Mountain View, Arkansas where we stayed with my husbands brother and his family. We went to my favorite store Walmart, and wonderful sightseeing places.

The Gangster Museum in Hot Springs, Arkansas is worth visiting.

Next on the agenda was Memphis, Tennessee. Here we had to visit my favorite gospel singer's home, Graceland.

Flying from Memphis to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, my husband's birth town. Here we visited family that we hadn't seen in 4 years. Here we found a store for my husband, The Beer Store. All different kinds of beer, a whole store full of it!

From there we flew to Arlanda, Sweden. It was truelly a wonderful vacation!
