Intelectual assets: a Dream come True in Steemit, Hi everyone! I`m happy to be here. (Quick read)

Some time ago the "assets" were only phisical, now we are learning that the real asset is inside us and it is intangible.

I was dedicated 11 years as bussiness consultant for quite some companies, and in all those years I became aware that the center of gravity in any enterprise or project is Not so in the knowledge obtaining or profitability, but in the ability to transform that knowledge in Structured Capital or "Intelectual Asset". Let´s see the main difference:
Heritage is that material thing that produces expenses, in time or money, like the house we live in, and all our possesions.
Asset is something that generates income. But in the Past Industrial Era, we were all focused in the material assets, like having buildings, cars, and all kinds of products, all materialistic wave.

Now we are in the Awareness Era, where the Assets passed to be intangible also, like all our know-how in our profession, our artistic abilities, potencial of developing, and all kind of intangible knowledge we have aquire in time. But we cannot call all this an "asset" until we have structured it, then it becomes "Structured Intangible Capital" for us.
Yeah, like the capital you can invest, but instead of being money, is your intelectual potencial.

When I was writing about this 13 years ago, we sounded utopic and people called us dreamers. Now, with networks like this, we are provig that this is no more a dream but a Reality, a dream come True.

Here in Steemit I see a perfect proof and example of how we can become Intelectual Capital Investors and also "intangible bussiness owners" of our own Personal Intelectual company. And also the Pyramidal Structure that was dominant in the past to do bussines, now it becomes in "Net-Team-Work", like a game of Micro-Crypto-Bussines in wich each one share and help others to keep growing, learning and of course, making some income from our wisdom.
