Better late than never: Let me introduce myself :)
Hello guys! My name is Julia and I am very happy that you landed on my second steemit post! I was so enthusiastic to create my first post that I completely forgot to introduce myself. But it’s never too late, is it?
I started writing on my own Blog www.living4taste.de in March 2016. As my Blog is becoming more and more popular, it’s time for me to try something new. My father told me about steemit and as I know how much work a blogpost is, I liked the idea of getting something back from the community. So here I am writing on steemit and I am more than curious how this platform will develop. But for now let me tell you a little bit about myself:
After finishing my tourism management studies in January 2017 I worked self employed as a writer and blogger. I liked it to be independently and the freedom to work wherever I want. I love travelling a lot and so I combined my two hobbies: Travelling and writing about the places I’ve visited.
With my 26 years I have already experienced quite a few things: I have already moved 11 times, alone in the last year four times. At the age of 18, after I finished school, I went to Australia, Tasmania and New Zealand with a starting capital of 400 euros for 8 months. Meanwhile, I finished my apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, worked countless years as a waitress (among others also at the Oktoberfest) and have many journeys behind me. I am currently working in international Eventmanagement which is exactly what I have ever dreamed of.
In my spare time I love hiking and spending time in nature. As I don’t live too far away from the Alps I often go for a hike and enjoy the freedom on top of the mountains. I love going to restaurants and cafés, SUP and spending time with my Labrador Retriever Balu who is only one year old.
On steemit I am planning to guide you through my hometown MUNICH. I am going to show you my favorite restaurants, cafés and places and give you a lot of helpful tips what you could do in Munich.
Also the Oktoberfest might be an interesting topic for you. As I worked there for four years as a waitress I have a lot of funny (and sometimes not that funny stories) to share with you.
Make yourself comfortable and have a look around! I would be very happy to meet a lot of interesting people here, read your stories and get in touch with new people.
Let’s make steemit our platform!
Thank you for connecting with me on Steemit! Only with you readers it all makes sense and fun. I am glad about your opinions, comments, emails and of course any criticism that helps me to get better.

Welcome to Steemit!
I'm very excited to read about Munic as i'm living near it! I liked your introduceyourself post very much. Keep up the good work :)
Heyhey! This seems like a brand new account so welcome to the steemit platform. This post deserves an upvote and I hope you will some day do the same!
Getting those big upvotes on a new account can be a daunting task, believe me, so you should try out @MinnowPowerUp where you can earn up to 30% more steem power than just powering up through steemit! It's a subscription based daily upvote bot that draws its power from a delegation pool. I made this post to explain the system in more depth and show how I earn over $1 a day in upvotes.
Herzlich willkommen, Julia ;) Ich wünsche dir viel Erfolg und eine tolle Zeit auf Steemit. Enjoy the ride!!! LG
Willkommen auf Steemit! Viel Spass hier und Steem on!
