As a Steemit believer and evangelist (not the bible thumping kind lol) I think the time is long overdue to make my presence known. My name is Matthew Schultz and I believe in taking risks and living life to the fullest. My curiosity is never satiated and I want to push the boundaries of what is possible and make my unique positive impact on the world. My personality type is INTP, which I believe I’m in good company here.

To those astrologers out there I am a Gemini with a Virgo Moon and my Ascendant is in Libra. Whatever that means? I actually have an idea but I’m in no position to provide expert knowledge in that area. For that matter that probably includes most of my areas of interest. Nevertheless I hope my ramblings prove interesting and thought provoking.

There are aspects of my life that I would rather keep on the ‘down low’ for the time being, but I will say I am a Software Developer in a nice cushy job but desperately want to leave. Just got to take care of some pesky loans and develop some positive cash flow outside of my current job.

Currently I'm a member of Dropship Lifestyle and I'm using that training to help with my online store. I am also a business partner with a friend on a Spanish Learning site where we are currently making money via affiliate offers. However, as much as I would like to make a lot of money that is not really my end goal.

My goal at the moment is just to be location independent and to have more free time. I plan to travel around Southeast Asia and take my stab at the Digital Nomad lifestyle. I also can’t wait to meet my super amazing and talented girlfriend in the Philippines whom I am currently in a long distance relationship with. She is trying to make the transition from her current job with a web design and marketing agency to becoming a writer. I’ve told her about Steemit and I’m eagerly awaiting her to start posting on this site.

Also, I'm a cat lover and sorely miss my dearly beloved cat Samie. Samie is with my ex at the moment for various reasons but I trust she’s in good hands. I have nothing against my ex and I learned a lot about myself from the experience. I take any challenge as a learning experience. I don’t believe in failures. More precisely I just define them out of existence. That’s the cool thing about language and also one of its challenges :-)

Also as of yet I really can’t play any musical instruments to a noteworthy degree. However, I do love music. Some of my current favorite artists are:
