Hello Steemit friends,
Today 9/18, we are starting a new project: medicalfacts. The aim is to share medical information and facts to population in general, so, whoever may be interested can have a glance on a bit of interesting medical facts on a regular basis, -doctors and health professionals can refresh their knowledge as well - and this way we can educate each other a little bit more everyday.
This site also hopes to be a way of awakening in people a desire to be more conscious about their health in general, and how important is to take a good care of it, this by living a healthy life style. It can also help someone decide to go to medical school some day which will be great!
We will be sharing facts, questions and maybe sometimes really important news about many different topics: public health, biochemistry, anatomy, histology, psychiatry, physiology, biology, pharmacology, biology, nutrition, first aid and much more.
Here it goes a short sample of how our work will be:
What is myalgia?
Myalgia is the medical term for muscle pain, it is a symptom of many conditions. It can be related to muscle overuse,
medications, infections among others.
)What Precordial means ?
Precordial is related to the area where the heart is located - the precordium -, over the heart and the epigastrium.
)How is the region where the substrate molecule binds to an enzyme called?
Active site. This is the name for the region of the enzyme where the substrate molecule binds and this way initiate the
chemical reaction.

Here a few tips for starters snce you probably won't get any advice from those who comment under here, here's what I gathered thus far.
It's tough to make money at first so if that's your main cause to be on here grind that into your head straight away, that doesn't mean you shouldn't post content, you should, but enganging with others in the comment sections to grow your following is your best bet. Which categories?
Probably the introduce yourself one and the photography section but you can choose things that you have knowledge about too and then go from there just know that there is a lot of crap on here so plowing through that just to connect with others can be tough. Cheers.
