Glad you decided to stick around. I was skeptical like you, but one thing I really enjoy about Steemit is that you get content from people around the world. Facebook is limited to people you know and has become a political bickering and YouTube is censoring so I've found a home with Steemit. I've find myself barely checking facebook and most of the YouTube channels I watched also post on Steemit.
Oh, and following you now. Look forward to more photography posts.
I totally agree with that politicization of FB . Unfortunately It's almost impossible to escape that these days.
