Hello steemit, nice to meet you.

Hello steemit community, my name is Eddie and I am very excited to be a part of this community. My main purpose for joining steemit is to create content, a little side project for fun. Steemit is a dream platform, instead of having to make a website, create content and promote; one can skip the hard parts and just create content. Few years ago I tried the whole website thing, but the time I had to devote to just creating and trying to promote the site took too much time away from writing and life in general. This is kind of my second attempt at creating content online, and hopefully I will have a bit more success this time around. This platform also allows content creators to branch out into different subjects rather than just concentrating on one. Hence, I will be writing about whatever I feel like :)

IRL I am an accountant (not the Ben Affleck type but the typical boring type so FML) but I am in the process of trying to do something else with my life. I am happily married with a three year old son. I am a very private person (semi-paranoid), hence no pictures of myself. It’s weird, I want to be heard but not seen.
