My Introduction

I'm Levi, 27, I like hiking, photography and anything to do with the outdoors. I run a small wilderness outfitter in the Boundary Waters of northern MN with my wife (see below), accompanied by our dudley lab, Sam. I've been traveling/hiking/camping for most of my life, both in the U.S. and abroad. I've always enjoyed photography but have only recently started taking pictures on my own, mostly of the great outdoors.

I'm lucky enough to have a job doing something that I love in some amazingly beautiful places. I'm getting into photography hoping to chronicle my journey and capture some of that beauty.

Hello Levi! Your posts look interesting, will follow! Good luck!

Good stuff dude! Glad to have you here! Also, sweet pictures, I didn't know you were into photography that much. Love it!

Thanks.
I haven't spent nearly enough time on it but I'm hoping to go crazy this summer. with all the guiding I'm going to be doing there will be plenty of opertunity to capture more wild moments. I'm planing on getting a 300 lens this spring, hopefully that will expand what I can do.

Nice! Looking forward to keeping track of you on here and seeing your crazy nature photos.

Thanks! I'm exited to have a place to post all my crazy nature shots. It seems like it's the start of a fun journey.

Welcome to steemit. Feel free to follow me @Tachiraontop

Welcome to Steemit @peakandpaddle. I've done a fair amount of time on the AT myself. Doing 180 miles of it in my teenage years was kinda life defining in truth. Great photo's as well. I run the Steemit Newbie Resteem Initiative. We are a group that helps provide support and guidance to new users on Steemit. If you have any questions or need any help then don't hesitate to ask. Also be sure to keep your account keys safe to prevent your account from being hacked. You can find our initiative at #newbieresteemday. Best of luck here on Steemit.

Hay, I will probably take you up on that. Thanks. The AT changes every person who hikes on it. Feloship, simple living and clear porpoise on the trail allowed me to start to see what is truly important in life.

Agreed. Feel free to message me if at any point you need a hand. From your introduction and style of writing I believe you will fly here on Steemit. I'm more than happy to provide pointers throughout to get you up and running.

Thanks so much. Getting started here is a bit doanting and it's nice to know I have a place to go with my many questions. Thanks again.

Hello Levi!

Welcome to Steemit and nice to meet you. Love your pictures. I'm here in Central IL. I rarely go hiking but have at Red Rock Canyon in NV and Pigeon Forge in TN -- both great spots.

Good luck here. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sweet! It's always nice to see someone who enjoys a good hike. I will be sure to ask you when I'm stumped by something on here, thanks
