Introduce Yourself [Welcome to my L I F E]
Hi, people from the internet.
I'm David Piña/Pineapple/Pina/however you write it in your language. Also, my last name is known as the yellow fruit, that one which you combine with coconut and made "Piña Colada". Continuous with my biography, I'm 21 years just turned on April 22nd, the same day when we celebrate Earth's Day. That's why my zodiac sign is Taurus although I don't trust in the horoscope even retrograde mercury. I was born in Venezuela and still living and surviving here. Currently, I'm studying the third year of Dentistry in the Central University of Venezuela. Nowadays is a public school is uphill to study there in addition to the situation of the country. Sometimes you wish to give up but if you don't fight for achieving your dreams nobody will.
Besides studying, I like to prepare food, to create new plates with regular ingredients and to make a lot of dishes. I consider myself as a modern chef. For instance, my best dessert is "Quesillo de Chocolate" (is like a chocolate's flan made with Venezuelan-style). I may share the recipe incoming post. Another sweet that I love to cook is the classic Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake (your mouth will melt). It's equally important to prepare junk food as my Special Club House with Tuca Stick Fries, my Doble Floor Hamburger with Caramelized Onions or my Pepito with everything. This and more I´ll show you on this blog.
Last but not least, on my free time, I usually do volunteering. Thanks to an Association that I belong AVAA, they improve you to be part of social work. Since I'm a volunteer I had the opportunity to participate in fundraising, art's sale with actor and actress for autism's kids, charity racings, first aid, going to nursing homes and others activities. At present time as part of my weekend, I go with a first aid team to rural communities and piece of what we are doing is helping those people with their oral health. Our main objective is recognizing their problems and try to solve them. These experiences will be an important element of this blog.
So, as you might notice English it's not my mother tongue. I apologize for all my possible mistakes made it.
Hope to see you again, reading another episode of this dentistry student who loves cooking and helping people.
Peace out.
