[head] VS. [belly (or heart)]

Dear Steemit-Community,

I am proud to be able to participate in this growing and growing project. I have a deep feeling about Steemit becoming one of the buiggest communities on the internet.
I live in Germany and I study political science. Also, I love boxing.

I do question myself a lot of things about society and nature, about god and the world. But everything starts with a definition.

My favorite questions in life:

  • How can we organize our natur given and compulsive idiosyncrasy?
  • Will we ever be able to fully summon feelings as we like and choose what we 'want to like'?

First of all, I assume we like things because we react biochemically to them in a way of releasing hormones and adopting thoughts (provoked electric stimuli/impulses) which define a desirable condition. So how can we master our biochemically functionallity?

I think these questions can absolutely change how we communicate and behave face-to-face.
I think the answers to these questions can help us grow in a higher level as humans, as societies, as an advanced civilisaion.

By [head] I mean our strategy of mastering our biochemical resources (organs, hormones, everything you can grab).

By [belly (or heart)] I mean just these biochemical resources, our natural capabilities which provoke a certain behviour.
(I prefer saying [belly] instead if heart but you get the pont.)

If we achieve the fusion of [head] and [belly], if we "become one with our nature" (I know, it might sound too philosophical, but I do not mean it in a spiritual kind of way) by compeletely controlling it, we can gain the potential to become what the word 'human' truly means.

If I arouse your interest, make sure to follow. Hopefully, I can do my bit/share to this community.
You can help me by telling me your thoughts and experiences!

Thank you very much.
Samael.
