Before you get into reading my intro, let me state here that I am deeply humbled that you would share your time with me.
With regards to your time, I would like you to know- Although this may seem lengthy and not as visually stunning as other's introductions, I want to assure you that if you hang in there with me, it will be well worth it for all of us...together...as Steemians and beyond.

Hi, my name is Ranard. I'm from Michigan.
I’m a normal 9 to 5’er survivor...hoping to do some good here and there and everywhere.
I know…it sounds like I’m being silly.
Well...the wordplay may be...but...I really mean it.

Well...up until the moment I started typing out this introduction for myself, I didn't know what I was going to say.
Then I happened upon something I thought was interesting and it sparked an idea of what direction to take.

I was looking at my profile and I saw that I have been a member of Steemit for one year.
I joined in September 2016.

At the time I found Steemit, I was working on organizing a business's structure to suit a personal mission to help change the economic state of the people around the world. It's a tall order, I know. But it can be done...and quickly too, if we get out of our own way, don't over think, and follow some simple instructions.
I feel it's up to us to help us...just like we do here on Steemit.

So, without any more delay, I am now finally ready to introduce myself.

All I ask is that you please bear with me.

First…. need to forwarn you about the quirkiness of this post. Since I don’t have any graphics that pertain to what I am saying in my intro, I figured I'd just place a few random pics of me and stuff throughout this post. It's my weird way to break up the monotony of looking at the words.

I am not a perfect writer and I know I need to work on the presentation of my posts.
I can be wordy. However, there is always a point to my wordiness.

And as you can see, just about every sentence starts on a new line...unless I feel it connects and flows better to start the new sentences on the same line where the previous sentence ends.

But, I've got to admit- I like the way it makes the words look on the page.
They look like song lyrics to me.
That's what comes to my mind because I program instrumentals and write, a little. Maybe I'll upload something one day to https://dsound.audio by @prc. But for now...I hope it makes your read easier and stimulating for your eyes, as well.

I’ll start from the beginning with how I came upon Steemit.
It will give you insight to my thinking and how it connects to something we can all use, together, to positively impact our communities.

At one time I was searching for social exchange forums to get involved with, and I happened upon Steemit.
It took me a while to become active because I was inspired by this platform and its members to find something I could contribute that would be impactful and give people more than just a great read.

I got excited when I discovered the way the platform is designed.

People empowering each other.

I wanted to jump in, but as I looked over Steemit, I found that it didn't feel like any other social exchange medium.

I discovered that, at the core, it is about presenting added value that the community as a whole can benefit from.
Through the members, I could feel the pride and connection to what Steemit represents.
And I’m not just talking about all of the interacting that goes on.
I'm talking about the tone that is identified within the way people phrase their words.
A nurturing, like a camp growing into a village, then into a neighborhood, then into a city, etc.

That resonates with me because I always felt, at my core, that the world could move in leaps and bounds through synergy.

Can you imagine- Together, we can financially empower each other.
We can send students to college, “in droves”.
Our Vets can be taken care of.
There would be no worrying about the astronomical cost of a comfortable fulfilling retirement.
….and much more!

I can see it and I know you will see it too- because you are part of Steemit.
You can see that it is possible to empower the masses by sticking to a specific set of instructions.
You can see how it doesn’t take much from others to collectively empower someone.

Also, there is something at work that you can’t physically see.
You are experiencing the effects of a proper revenue generating and distribution design at work.
What makes it proper is the plan of action that Steemit has in place.

With their plan of action, they have created a healthy economic climate within their platform.
Their platform design is just a tool.
The results are determined by how the tool is being used...that’s what makes the difference!

Successful revenue generating and distribution for all can happen with any tool that is designed to facilitate exchanging currency amongst people.
But the mistake people make is looking at what was going on before them.
If there is a lot of activity then they think there is no room for them to see any substantial gain.
For instance, with Steemit…what went on previously will not affect you until you take part in its functions.

Here’s an example.
Everyone has a starting point. At that point...let’s say you present something on Steemit and you upvote one member (You just started a revenue cycle)...Because that person you upvoted will go on to upvote someone...and then that someone will eventually upvote someone else, and so on.
Throughout that process, it’s inevitable that you will at some time receive upvotes that will come from anyone in that cycle. And keep in mind...some people in that cycle were here before you.
Everybody starts a revenue cycle...and everybody is a part of others revenue cycles as well.

People use what they gain from the cycles however they see fit.
If they are smart they will also reinvest by continuing to make connections and upvote others.

Over and over...at some time...that reinvestment always comes back around and gives you more gains.
It's just about following the process that makes things operate correctly.

Like the saying goes “Do good and good will come to you”.

Or, if you are like me... I prefer Luke 6:38 - “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.”

But just keep in mind that everything starts somewhere!
It doesn’t matter.
It’s you who is getting active. So you should always look at the start of anything from where you are standing.
So do like Michael said, “Take a look in the Mirror...”

Recognize that the thought of- “There is no room for me”, is because we are trained to think in terms of everything's a competition.
Because it's the way every business model, from fast food to networking, is set up...unfortunately!
Even charity...competition for charity? To me, it has never made sense.
Like...yeah….uhh… I know you need help, but so do they. So everyone has to wrap their hands in rope, dip your knuckles in hot glue, then dip them in shards of broken glass, and then go at it. It's classic Bloodsport! (One of my favorite Van Damme movies, by the way).

Don't get me wrong. I'm not saying competition isn't good.
It’s has been the lifeblood of Society.
But it is a double edge sword.
Because there is no win-win for everyone.

However...if you take a plan which involves the masses operating something together- as one and put it with any business model, you will see a change in the mindset of probability for achievement.
Because through working together, following a specific plan of action, and everyone contributing a very small effort towards one objective, it will bring systematic gains to all.

Imagine a social exchange platform where everyone, let's say, works on building one house together and we earn as the house is being built.
Keep in mind that focusing on one house is the key.
As the one house is being built by everyone laying bricks together, everyone's account will grow as the size of the house increases, based on a systematic revenue generating and distribution plan.
No one will be left behind by following that simple analogy.
As more people join in, the house will begin to build faster and accounts will begin to grow at a quicker rate.

To further continuing to practice what Steemit has shown us, there would also need to be some core similarities in a solution that we can use

• A simple set of instructions for a definitive plan of action that will be easy and stress-free for everyone, so
  it will increase people's activity in the process.

• Offer the option to be a passive earner (enroll and just monitor your account for growth) or an active
  earner (enroll and get involved with whatever you find that interests you).

• Have no requirements that you are forced to meet in order to experience the benefits of being part the
  platform.

• Have no risk.

• A most important point...no required out of wallet cost up front or in the future.
  Like with Steemit, they make it so you can start off flat broke. Now if that's not telling you that a process
  works. Being able to get in a position to gain financial well-being enhancement without being required to
  spend money out of your wallet is a testament to a functions integrity. I mean...if the presenter is utilizing
  their own resources to start you off, what greater statement can be made about surety that you will have a
  positive experience. Also, like Steemit, it needs to be possible to never ever have to come out of your
  wallet to be active and earn.

• Another very important point….The integrity of the community - Everyone must be willing to adhere to
  guidelines. It’s the only way anything that can be for goodwill ever work. The minute that there are
  actions of complete self-indulgence then things falter. It’s the old “Chain being as strong as the weakest
  link” theory. Think of what will happen if you build a house with a weak Foundation. Each one of us
  represents a brick, and keep in mind that each brick is a foundation for other bricks.

With those core properties in mind, we can operate a function that will address creating a healthy
economic society.
It is a fact that if individuals are experiencing great financial health, other aspects of their lives are vastly improved...which in turns reflect on all areas of society.

It is ingenuity that gives us things to make our lives better.
Computer and the internet have allowed ingenuity to flourish exponentially...with people experiencing life-changing moments in a matter of minutes.
Ingenuity has given use improvements on just about everything from socks to homes.
It’s time for us to use ingenuity to empower each other.
An inventive plan of action is all it takes.

I felt that ingenuity when I saw a way for all to achieve financial well-being empowering through synergy.

The Financial Empowering has the core characteristics mentioned above.
It is not based on popularity or competition....so nothing to stress about.
It is based on maintaining order.
It is based on following simple specific instructions.
With everyone adhering to the instructions, we will all experience financial empowering.

We will evolve together.
It’s added value!

Having financial resources are important to most everyone.
What amount of resources a person chooses to be comfortable with, is totally up to them. I'm not here to judge or get Involved with changing anything anyone has going on.

The financial resources we need don't always involve just money.
We need knowledge at times. Many times we need the knowledge more than the money but we just don't know it.
I bet most people's situation would be different if it was a standard in our society to learn how to manage our money and then uses that money to make more money.
That would be added value!

~Think about a dictionary. Wait! Does anyone remember the encyclopedia sets?
~My Grandmother had one. I was fascinated by them.

At some time you were or will be, glad you are able to have access to one...or some device that can give you the information you seek.
It doesn't matter if you access it today, tomorrow or next year. It’s just about the feeling of being secure because you have the tools you need on hand.

Just image...when you take part to become a pillar of support for the Financial Empowering, you too will experience the empowering.

It's people helping people help people...even indirectly.
That’s strength in numbers!

In closing, although I didn't share much about my personal lifestyle, I was moved to share more of what's compelling me.

I do hope that throughout the reading of my introduction you could gather an idea of what I feel is my sense of purpose and my integrity.
Even though I’m sure throughout my involvement in this community, there will be personal factors I will share. Just like how friendships grow- You learn a little more about each other as communication ensues.

I pray this resonates with everyone who sees and believes what can be accomplished with a collective of people each giving little effort to build towards a common goal.

This is my path.

I call myself a Humanitarian Investor because I am investing in people helping people.

There are two things that will always coexist- people and some form of currency.

I've chosen to impact society by offering a solution that can bring us all to a state of being financially secure. Because I believe if people are financially empowered with all the tools they need to ensure financial security for their families, then that will positively impact the economic state of our communities. Thus positively impacting the production of quality of life improving elements of any type and cleaner safer environments.

To achieve this, I chose to organize a process around what a business has to offer.
Similar to how schools would use what other businesses have to offer in order to achieve their goals...like selling candy bars.

I believed it should be free of demands so it will reflect the true characteristics of our nature to want to help if we can.
Also, I felt by eliminating the access cost for others, it was my attempt to create something that would work similar to a public service function...One that will use a specific system to ensure everyone is able to experience financial empowering.

I know what I would do.
