Introducing Myself

I’m originally from a small town in Iowa. I grew up on a farm. I’m a fitness fanatic. Growing up I was always in the pool for swimming. My freshman year of high school I went into a coma and I fought to survive. A few years after, I decided to take up mixed martial arts (MMA) because I wanted to learn how to defend myself. I fell in love with the art of Muay Thai. I’ve had two MMA fights for Dynasty Combat Sports (1-1). Although I am not fighting anymore, I love going to Muay Thai practice when I’m in Omaha, Nebraska.
I currently compete in bikini. I have my IPE Pro card and I’ve also qualified for Nationals with NPC. I love lifting and crushing goals.
I have my BS in Sports Management. I’m in graduate school for my MS of Exercise Science. Eventually I think I will get my PhD. I currently have my NASM CPT, CES, & FNS. I love health and wellness. I have a little brother named John, loving parents, and a handsome boyfriend named Michael. Michael and I own a golden doodle named Nova. Currently we move around quite a bit for his job.
My family and I love to travel. We go on at least one family vacation a year. Some years if we are very fortunate we go on two together. We normally go on cruises out of Florida. Our favorite islands are in the Southern Caribbean. I love snorkeling, hiking, and being adventurous. I also want to get my scuba certification. I believe in loving and appreciating every minute of life.
I do a little bit of modeling. I love photography. My mission is to leave inspiration in other people’s hearts.
