Hello steemit!
My name is Satochi Nakomoto, the true bitcoin designer, and also a 38 year old japanese guy wearing an anonymous mask to protect my dayjob at Mac Donald's in Tokyo where I prepare hamburgers in a 2 person team from 11 am to 9 pm from mondays to thursdays, so you'll never catch me.
At the end of the 2000s, I designed Bitcoin, a new decentralized network and launched the first bitcoin software in 2009.Cryptocurrency was born.
Some made a lot of money with bitcoin, I heard about a young norvegian who bought a flat with his earnings.
Once I also heard about a stupid guy who had thrown the harddisk containing his bitcoin wallet.
Bitcoin value reached hundreds of dollars, and others cryptocurrencies appeared like Litecoin or Dogecoin.
Governments didn't know how to deal with that stuff, and were panicked by stupid individuals selling weapons and drugs on .onion websites, and angry not to be able to collect transaction taxes.
In parallel open-minded tech companies like Microsoft embraced this new way of payment, which will be available for the first time at the next beer festival in Munchen.Prosit kamaraden!
Recently a wonderful community used the blockchain to create steemit, where user-generated content is king and is able to create real value.
